Welcome to NAA’s Top Employers Awards NAA’s Top Employers Awards will recognize member organizations that are creating environments focusing on collaboration, innovation and hard work. A challenging, yet fun atmosphere results in motivated employees who are excited about learning and growing. The awards pay tribute to successful suppliers and management companies that contribute to the industry. With each nomination, organizations will launch a very concise, yet insightful employee satisfaction survey based on the Net Promoter Scores (NPS). All nominees will receive an employee satisfaction report and the anonymous employee raw data once the winners are announced. Winners will be determined by their overall employee satisfaction rating among all nominees in their individual category. The NAA will recognize the number one organization in each of the categories and all other organizations in the top ten of the Suppliers and Management Companies category.
